A modern life is almost race against time. One of the most important tools for a student is relaxation. One needs to be relaxed before one studies. A tired person will soon fall asleep. So, physical relaxation makes you to feel comfortable and makes you to focus on studies. However, research has shown that the relaxed mind absorbs more information than A tired one. When your mind is relaxed, it is like a still pond. If a pebble is dropped in, it will produce ripples all over. When it comes to tired and agitated mind, it is sea of thoughts. If you drop something in it, then it can be hardly noticed.

Time Management is very important in our life. Sadly, most of us don't realize that this is what we must do with time. So, in order to manage time, we must categorize our daily tasks into some categories according to their importance :
1. Urgent and Important
2. Not Urgent but Important
3. Neither Urgent Nor Important
The essence of time management lies in devoting maximum time to the not urgent but important category, of course after urgent and important tasks are handled. The super student should remember to allocate time last to the Neither Urgent nor Important category.
